These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in text messaging programs offered by DotMotus Compliance Inc. (“DotMotus Compliance Inc.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Our text messaging programs may include transactional, operational, support, reminder, and, where separately authorized, marketing messages related to our services.
2. Types of Messages You May Receive
Depending on your relationship with us and the consent you provide, you may receive text

- Compliance reminders and deadlines

- Course access, training reminders, or completion-related notices

3. Consent to Receive Text Messages
You may opt in to receive text messages by submitting a form, checking an SMS consent box, completing a checkout process, signing a written agreement, or otherwise providing the consent required by law.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.
By opting in, you represent that you are the subscriber for the mobile number provided or that you have the subscriber’s permission to enroll that number.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the services you request, your order activity, your support needs, and the types of communications you have agreed to receive.
5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for SMS or data usage. DotMotus Compliance Inc. does not charge those carrier fees.
6. How to Opt Out or Revoke Consent
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying with any of the following words:
STOP, END, CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPT OUT, or REVOKE
You may also revoke consent by any other reasonable method we make available, including contacting us by email or phone and clearly asking us to stop text messages.
After we receive your revocation request, we may send one final non-marketing text message to confirm your opt-out. We will honor revocation requests within a reasonable time, not to exceed 10 business days after receipt.

8. Number Changes
If your mobile number changes, you agree to notify us promptly before the number is reassigned or no longer under your control. You are responsible for any consequences that result from providing a number you do not control or failing to notify us of a number change.
9. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network availability and transmission capabilities.
10. Privacy
We handle information connected to our SMS programs in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell mobile opt-in data or text messaging consent records to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may use service providers to send or manage text messages on our behalf.
11. Changes to SMS Terms or Program
We may modify these SMS Terms or discontinue text messaging programs at any time.
Updates will be effective when posted to our website unless a different effective date is
stated.
