CDL Drivers Training for DOT Drug & Alcohol Policy Education

This course provides DOT drug and alcohol policy education for CDL drivers in accordance with 49 CFR §382.601.

Drivers will learn what conduct is prohibited under federal law, when DOT testing applies, what constitutes a refusal, how the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse impacts their career, and the consequences of violations.

This training is designed to ensure drivers understand their responsibilities and obligations while performing safety-sensitive functions.
