Does this include annual limited queries?

No. This service covers pre-employment full queries only. Annual limited query

Are pre-employment full queries required

Yes. Employers must run a full query in the FMCSA Clearinghouse before allowing a CDL driver to
perform safety-sensitive functions for the first time.

Can this be purchased in bulk?

What happens if a driver does not consent?

You cannot run the query, and FMCSA prohibits the driver from performing safety-sensitive duties.
